An Investigation On Transformation Of Supervision Enterprises Based On Enterprise Maturity Model

As one of the five main bodies of construction,the supervision enterprise is a pillar industry in the field of construction.The engineering supervision industry has a history of more than 30 years in China,and the relevant laws and regulations in the domestic supervision system are becoming more and more perfect.In the current supervision field,the engineering supervision company wants to achieve sustainable development,it not only needs to be proficient in the current engineering supervision business but also needs to develop to the whole process of engineering consulting mode to achieve the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.The transformation of supervision enterprises needs to be combined with their actual situation,through the evaluation of the overall level of the enterprise,and then choose the appropriate transformation mode and countermeasures.The maturity model is an important technology to evaluate the overall level of enterprises.In recent decades,a lot of resources have been invested in this field at home and abroad for research and development and application research.At present,the research on how to use the maturity model to guide the transformation and upgrading of supervision enterprises is still in its infancy.This thesis defines the concept of enterprise transformation and upgrading,expounds the development status,industry nature,and characteristics of supervision enterprises in China,and points out the problems of supervision enterprises.The maturity of the enterprise model and its development status are systematically summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of different models are compared.It lays a theoretical foundation for the maturity research of supervision enterprises under the transformation and upgrading.The basic principles of determining the enterprise maturity evaluation index are combed and analyzed.On this basis,the influencing factors of the maturity evaluation of supervision enterprises under the transformation and upgrading are analyzed through a large literature review.According to the basic principles and practical feasibility,the maturity evaluation index system of supervision enterprises under the transformation and upgrading is established.Based on the Analytic Network Process(ANP),the weights of evaluation indexes were determined,and the evaluation model structure of the whole-process engineering consulting maturity of the supervision enterprises was established.The evaluation basis and scoring criteria for the grading and judgment of the maturity of the supervision enterprises were given.Finally,the transformation of RT supervision enterprises in Tianjin is analyzed and studied.Based on the maturity assessment model and evaluation indicators,the maturity level of RT supervision enterprises in Tianjin before and after the transformation is evaluated.On this basis,the transformation and upgrading methods and countermeasures of the domestic supervision industry are studied,and suggestions are given for the development of domestic supervision enterprises.The research of the thesis is based on foreign advanced theories and models,combined with the characteristics of specific industries or enterprises,redefining the model level and key process areas,to optimize the overall level of enterprises.The research results can provide an important theoretical basis and reference for the transformation and upgrading of domestic supervision enterprises.
