| Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important strategic arrangements for implementing the national big data strategy and accelerating the construction of digital China;the 20 th report of the Party once again proposed accelerating the development of digital economy,promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy,and building a digital industrial cluster with international competitiveness.As 5G network,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data and other technologies are gradually internalized into the key capabilities of enterprises,the digital transformation of enterprises has become the focus of social attention and the consensus of global enterprises.According to the China Manufacturing Information Index,the overall level of China’s manufacturing industry is in the transition stage from industry 2.0 to industry3.0,the overall information level is still low,manufacturing industry has become the main battlefield of digital transformation,how to enable digital transformation to develop the development of manufacturing enterprises has also become a hot issue in the academic circle.XCMG has always been a leading enterprise in China’s manufacturing industry,and also a representative enterprise closely related to China’s social and economic development.The development process of XCMG represents the development process of the manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of digital economy,it has brought severe challenges to the traditional manufacturing industry.XCMG actively seeks changes with the development of the times,grasps new development opportunities,and has achieved remarkable results in the digital transformation.In addition,as a listed company,XCMG has a relatively perfect system in information disclosure,and its operating status,financial situation,transaction information and major matters can be directly obtained from the public annual reports or announcements.Based on this,taking XCMG Group as an example,further investigate thedigital transformation of the influence of manufacturing listed company enterprise value path and its effect,to further clarify the macroeconomic consequences of digital transformation,rich research on enterprise value in the field of influence factors,as well as the digital transformation and plan to provide certain experience reference.Based on relevant theories,this paper clarifies the theoretical feasibility of enterprise digital transformation.Then analyze the motivation and process of digital transformation and impact path and effect of enterprise value.This study shows that the digital transformation of XCMG enhances enterprise value mainly by adding R&D investment,value chain remodeling,business model change and financial digital transformation;through various and multi-angle comparative analysis of XCMG performance before and after the transformation,from the financial performance of the profitability,operating ability,growth ability and solvency of horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,found that digital transformation to a certain extent,promote the enterprise performance,but there are some deficiencies by calculating the enterprise value before and after,the enterprise value after transformation increases by 2.8 times.In addition,XCMG improves its innovation ability,market share and industry position through digital transformation,indicating that the digital transformation of XCMG can improve enterprise value.Based on the above research,the relevant enlightenment of enterprises is obtained: firstly,enterprises should constantly use information technology to improve their digital level;secondly,they should improve the transmission efficiency between the links of the value chain and enhance the effect of enterprise value;they should accelerate the process of digital transformation to make the transformation of business model meet the actual needs of their own development;finally,the digital transformation of finance is realized by optimizing the integration process of industry and finance. |
