Research On The Impact Path Of Enterprise Digital Transformation On Strategic Performanc

In the era of digital economy,when the demand of high-quality development is growing rapidly,enterprises urgently need to drive the economic development of our country through digital transformation with the state support for digital development.But,how can enterprises improve their strategic performance through digital transformation? What is the specific path to enhance enterprise strategic performance through digital transformation? These problems need to be further sorted out theoretically.Therefore,from the perspective of strategic change,business model change and organizational change,XCMG is taken as the research object in this paper.The evaluation system of the balanced scorecard is used to sort out the process of digital transformation,and to analyze how the specific transformation path affects the strategic performance of enterprises.The results show that,under the perspective of strategic change,business model change and organizational change,digital transformation has different impacts on the strategic performance of enterprises through different paths:under the perspective of strategic change,the internal business processes dimension and customer dimension of strategic performance are affected through three paths,namely,the integration strategy of informatization and industrialization,value chain coordination strategy and internationalization strategy;under the perspective of business model change,the customer dimension,internal business processes dimension and financial dimension of strategic performance are affected through three paths,namely,technology and management-driven business model,digital marketing innovation model and ecological model;and under the perspective of organizational change,the learning and growth dimension and internal business processes dimension of strategic performance are affected through two paths,namely,the improvement of the departmental responsibilities and the establishment of flat organizational structure.To conclude,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of digital transformation from the perspective of strategic change,business model change and organizational change,and enriches the theory of digital transformation,as a direction for future enterprises to improve strategic performance through digital transformation.
