With the advent of the digital economy era,the emergence of emerging technologies represented by big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,5G,etc.has brought about subversive changes in the production and operation methods of traditional manufacturing enterprises.As a typical representative of the traditional manufacturing industry,the equipment manufacturing industry has discrete production processes and is difficult to meet the needs of high-efficiency and high-quality production.Digital technology can well solve the pain points of the production and operation mode of traditional manufacturing enterprises,thereby improving the production efficiency of enterprises.reduce manufacturing cost.Secondly,with the changes in market consumer demand,customers have high demand for product customization,and enterprises need to use digital technology to improve product quality and service quality.Finally,through digital technology,the R&D efficiency of enterprises can also be improved,and the level of R&D innovation of enterprises can be improved.Therefore,if traditional manufacturing enterprises want to maintain their leading position in the industry in the market competition,they must accelerate the pace of digital transformation of enterprises,and make the development model of network connection,intelligence and sharing become the main direction of enterprises.In recent years,relevant policies have also been introduced at the national and industry levels to encourage traditional manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation.In 2016,Sany Heavy Industry took digital transformation as a key strategic priority for the enterprise,and its transformation achieved remarkable results,and was known as a benchmark enterprise for digital transformation in the industry.Therefore,this paper takes Sany Heavy Industry as an example to conduct a case study to explore the impact of enterprise digital transformation on enterprise performance and the impact path.On the basis of reviewing and commenting on the relevant literature on enterprise digital transformation in the past,the related concepts of enterprise digital transformation are expounded,and the impact of digital transformation on enterprises is discussed in combination with dynamic capability theory,organizational change theory,and process reengineering theory.Secondly,it introduces Sany Heavy Industry,analyzes the motivation of its digital transformation,and sorts out the achievements since the digital transformation of enterprises.Finally,the implementation path and implementation effect of enterprise digital transformation are discussed.Through the case study of the digital transformation of Sany Heavy Industry,this paper draws the following conclusions: digital transformation is an inevitable trend of enterprise development;digital transformation optimizes various value activities of enterprises;digital transformation has achieved positive and effective results.The following inspirations are drawn: the digital transformation of the marketing link should meet the needs of the customer market;the digital transformation of the manufacturing link should realize intelligent production,and the digital transformation of the operation link should improve the efficiency of R&D and management.This paper discusses the implementation path and effect of enterprise digital transformation from a micro perspective,enriches the related research on enterprise digital transformation,and can also provide some reference for traditional manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation.
