| With the rapid development of IT industry,we have entered information age.Digitalization and intelligence have become the key words of this era.Digital information technology not only provides convenience for people’s life,but also affects the production and operation of enterprises.In recent years,emerging industries have supported the rapid development of digital economy based on information technology,while traditional manufacturing enterprises are in a dilemma.On the one hand,traditional enterprises are facing the market occupation of emerging enterprises.On the other hand,they are also facing the market impact brought by foreign enterprises.However,traditional enterprises have obvious technical shortcomings in production and operation.If traditional enterprises cannot absorb new technologies in time to produce a new business model,they are likely to be eliminated by the times.The digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises has become an inevitable choice to comply with the tide of digital economy.However,the actual progress of enterprise digitalization in China is not smooth,and the failure rate of traditional enterprise digitalization transformation is still hovering between 70% and 80%.Therefore,if traditional manufacturing enterprises want to successfully realize digital empowerment,it is particularly important to choose an appropriate digital path.As a traditional manufacturing enterprise,SANY formally established the strategy of“digitalization + internationalization” in 2016 and started the journey of digital empowerment.The digitalization of SANY includes two aspects: intelligent operation and digital innovation,which made a series of achievements in stable operation and market development.Based on the industry environment of SANY,this thesis takes the case of SANY digital empowerment as the research object,and analyzes the internal demand and external motivation Finally,through to analyzing the path,the application of means and the changes of performance indicators in this case,inductive the key points of manufacturing enterprises in digitization.This thesis finds that: digital enabling SANY mainly include building smart factories to reduce costs and increase efficiency through intelligent manufacturing and production,which can ensure stable operation and avoid risks;Building a digital platform,to open up information channels throughout the process,realize integrated operation,and promote development while increasing efficiency and reducing staff;Planning digital innovation route,to promote digital innovation and service transformation,further open new market,seek breakthrough.To be specific,SANY built a “lighthouse” factory to make accurate production plans by predicting sales volume.Build flexible production lines,optimize brand structure for multi-product production,increase market share and reduce risks.Launch “ROOT CLOUD” industrial Internet platform to optimize supply chain.SANY launched “Customer Cloud” and “Eason” to enhance digital service capabilities and build the brand image of “service first”.Build digital operation system,improve digital innovation ability while maintaining customer relationship.Finally,this thesis focuses on combining theory with practice,and puts forward some conclusions and enlightenment from the case of SANY Heavy Industry,which has certain reference value for other digital application enterprises and provides reference. |
