The construction machinery manufacturing industry has always been the mainstay of our country and has a positive effect on our country's economy.Today,the industry is undergoing a huge transformation from "traditional" to "smart".The "Made in China2025" proposed by Premier Li Keqiang upgrades the development direction of the manufacturing industry to a national strategy.It has largely promoted the development of the industry.Currently,due to the instability of the international economic situation and the external influence of the domestic economic downturn,sany heavy industry is faced with external pressure,such as the substantial contraction of the construction machinery market.Sany Heavy Industry uses digital transformation methods to allow enterprises to carry out normal operationsThis article takes Sany Heavy Industry as a case,through contingency theory,strategic transformation theory,strategic performance management theory as the foundation,selects the data from 2015 to 2019 to carry on the analysis,studies the Enterprise's strategic performance under the digital transformation background,This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges sany faces,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of Sany with the help of balanced scorecard from four aspects.This paper draws the following conclusions: digital transformation has changed sany heavy industry's traditional research and development,production,sales,management and other models,more close to customers,more able to meet customer needs,Intensify the introduction of talents and research and development,so that the company's long-term development.Final,the conclusion and prospect of Sany heavy industry are put forward.Presents the limitations of this article.
