With the wide application of computer technology in shipbuilding industry,the information level of shipbuilding is becoming higher and higher.With the continuous efforts of shipbuilders,China has become the world’s largest shipbuilding country.However,there is still a big gap between lean shipbuilding and other shipbuilding powers such as South Korea and Japan.Improving the lean level of shipbuilding,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,improving quality,reducing waste and shortening construction cycle are the only way for China to achieve the goal of building a strong shipbuilding country by 2030.Ship subsection construction is the most important link in the process of ship construction.The production progress of subsection directly affects the construction progress of the whole ship.There are many parts,equipment and personnel involved in ship segmentation,which makes production management difficult,and there is a lot of waste of resources in the workshop.Therefore,it is of great significance for the whole ship enterprise to optimize the production technology and management methods of the segmented workshop.Based on the current situation of production management in the segmented workshop of China’s shipbuilding enterprises,this thesis optimizes the layout of the workshop,constructs an electronic Kanban system from the data needs of operators,and realizes the Kanban visualization of the three-dimensional model of the segmented structure of the ship,so as to improve the production efficiency,reduce waste and reduce costs of the entire segmented workshop.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analyzes the current situation of production management and data requirements of segmented processing workshops in China’s shipbuilding enterprises.Aiming at the problems of disordered layout of segmented workshops and low space utilization,the layout of segmented workshops is optimized through particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive inertia weight,so as to improve the internal material transportation efficiency and reduce the transportation cost.(2)Based on the design,process,work flow of segmentation and data requirements of operators,an electronic Kanban system for subsection workshop based on process flow is constructed.The design of executive Kanban and monitoring Kanban is completed by using the idea of modular design,and the specific implementation ideas of executive Kanban and multi-level monitoring Kanban are put forward.The collection and integration of real-time production information can be realized through executive Kanban,and the visual monitoring of subsection construction process can be realized through multi-level monitoring Kanban.(3)Analyzes the current mainstream 3d model format files,selects the obj format file as the basic model format of the 3D Kanban system of the ship segment information model,completes the design and development of the 3D Kanban system of the ship segment information model by using Web GL,HTML5 and other technologies,realizes the visualization of the 3D information model on the web,and improves the paperless degree of the segment workshop.
