Workshop Layout Optimization Design Of A Company Based On Lean Logistics

The lean concept focuses on eliminating waste,and advocates the establishment of multi-variety,small-batch,high-quality and low-energy production system.With the development of logistics management concept,lean logistics has been more and more applied by enterprises and discussed by academia.The core of lean logistics is the lean concept,which is the specific application and embodiment of lean concept in logistics business and management.Applying lean management to logistics management can promote the improvement of logistics efficiency,the reduction of logistics cost,the reduction of logistics time,and the reduction of logistics waste,so as to enhance the coordination between each other and strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.A company is A high-tech enterprise,the production of special coatings sold at home and abroad,among many local small enterprises in the leader,but because of the policy adjustment,for the enterprise environmental pressure becomes greater,the enterprise production mode aging,slow development of the enterprise.In order to meet the larger market demand and solve this problem,company A introduced the lean concept,improved the logistics management,re-optimized the layout of the workshop,and integrated the lean concept into every link of production.In this paper,the field observation method,system layout method,p-q analysis,field management theory analysis,5S method and visual kanban and other methods are used to systematically analyze and study the existing problems in the production operation.In view of the existing problems and waste,a standardized operation mode is constructed,and an optimization plan is proposed.Based on the analysis of the existing workshops of company A,this paper introduces the lean production theory to optimize the layout of the workshop,improve the logistics of the workshop,and improve the operation efficiency,so that the whole staff can master the unified and standardized operation mode of lean concept.After the implementation of lean improvement,company A has taken on A new look.Workers become better,work enthusiasm increases,production efficiency increases,workshop internal visual implementation,the lean concept throughout the company,lean logistics embedded in each operation step.Theproduction efficiency of company A is improved and the completion rate of the plan is increased,which can effectively cope with the pressure of environmental protection.
