| Based on the rapid development of science and technology and advanced equipment,China’s shipbuilding industry has also been rapidly improved.Thanks to the unremitting efforts of the elite in the shipbuilding industry for decades and the strength of the country’s own strength,China’s shipbuilding industry has entered the forefront of world shipbuilding.However,as a whole,China’s shipbuilding process is still an extensive production model.There is still a large gap between Japan and South Korea in terms of core shipbuilding technology and production control level,and the promotion of lean shipbuilding model has not been obtained obvious effect.At the same time,the shipbuilding industry was hit by the global economic crisis and plunged into a continuous downturn,which brought great pressure and challenges to shipyards.Therefore,how to enhance competitiveness in the cold winter period of the industry,improve ship quality and increase revenue has become the most urgent needs of shipyards.To this end,this article uses lean shipbuilding as a theoretical guide to deeply study key technologies such as a shipyard’s production model,workshop layout,production management system and control methods,and promote the stable development of China’s shipbuilding industry.The main content of the paper is:(1)Combined with the advanced production and construction methods at home and abroad,through the analysis and research of the production process of a shipyard workshop,on this basis,the production line optimization and upgrade program is proposed,which lays the foundation for improving the quality of ship construction and production management;(2)According to the five basic elements of product,output,process,auxiliary department and time in the ship production workshop,layout design of its workshop.Through the use of SLP method,get the layout plan of the workshop and use virtual simulation technology to make a comparative analysis and demonstration of its plan,thereby improving the efficiency of production logistics transportation and reducing the waste of invalid time;(3)Build a lean shipbuilding workshop production management system,study and set up a production monitoring and management system.Combined with the production management system structure and key technologies,the production monitoring management system of the ship workshop is formulated for the five aspects of production execution,staff,production equipment,material inventory and production quality in the operation of the workshop,in order to realize the management and real-time monitoring of the ship construction process Provides important support;(4)Through the combination of mandatory production with plan constraints and KANBAN control method,a PPRP-based push-pull combination production control method is proposed.After comparing and analyzing the advantages of its control method through virtual simulation technology,it is applied to the sectional assembly and welding workshop and on this basis,the production process is optimized,so as to achieve the purpose of lean production of the ship.This article integrates the current status of domestic and foreign shipyards,puts forward the optimization plan of the production line,adopts the SLP method and production monitoring and management technology to carry out lean management of the production workshop,and applies the PPRP control method to the ship production line.And shorten the construction period.In addition,the application of Plant Simulation software to simulate the ship construction process and optimize the production process,which laid the foundation for the future intelligent development of ship production. |
