With the advantages of manpower,financial resources and sea conditions,China’s shipbuilding industry has been developing rapidly and has entered the world shipbuilding power ranks since the 21st Century.However,overall,the growth of shipbuilding economy in China is still not completely free from the extensive mode of growth.Although lean shipbuilding theory has become a hot issue,the theoretical achievements haven’t brought much more breakthroughs and benefits in practical production as expected.As China’s shipbuilding industry strives to build a shipbuilding power dream through intensive low-cost expansion strategy,the international ship market is impacted by the global financial crisis and enters into a deep adjustment period.The serious imbalance between supply and demand has brought a great challenge to the development of shipbuilding industry in China.How to deepen the practice of lean shipbuilding,strengthen the core competitiveness,establish the advantages,strive for orders and improve the quality and profitability of shipbuilding,has become an urgent demand in the industry during the economic cold winter.For these reasons,based on the new pull project management system constraction as the core,the key technologies of lean shipbuilding which match the system are deeply studied,such as the refinement of production design,PWBS,data information integration and simulation optimization approach for schedule planning.These methods promote the transformation and development of shipbuilding enterprises in China.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Pre-DAP,DAP,FSD and WSD are comprehensively used to refine the production design.On this basis,the paper has proposed a task decomposition scheme according task object,stage and type,aim to generate the work package and work order,which could be used to drive the pull schedule planning system.(2)Combined the function of KANBAN into WO and applied KANBAN WO in CONWIP control method,a new shipbuilding schedule planning system based on CONWIP was put forwards.By contrast with the KANBAN system,CONWIP system could be better in semi finished product and buffer capacity flexible regulation through adjusting the number of KANBAN.And then it forms the advantages in production scheduling and process control.(3)Build a shipbuilding engineering management system which taking lean production planning management as the core.Integrate production planning management with supply chain management,cost management and quality management.IDEFO,business process and data flow diagrams are used to fully reflect the operation of lean production planning system.Which provides important support for the planned digital shipbuilding.(4)Simulation,experimental design and genetic algorithm are comprehensively used to optimize the section production plan,and effectively improved automation and visualization level,enhanced the ability of enterprise scheduling and production scheduling intervention.Introduced the optimization results into production planning system,a new medium schedule plan manage and control method to revise the erection plan dynamically based on Petri net modeling technology was put forward.How will the cross section assembly site and sectional yard plan be changed accordingly are studied.
