With the acceleration of the industrialisation of housing in China and the support of relevant national policies,the construction mode of assembled buildings has become inevitable.On this basis,this paper analyses the application of assembled buildings in China from the perspective of supply chain management.However,in recent years,there have been many problems with the quality of assembled buildings in various fields.All of these phenomena illustrate the low overall operational efficiency and difficulty in securing the quality of the assembled construction supply chain,which has led to a series of serious consequences.This is due to both the industry itself and the supply chain.The hierarchy and dispersion of prefabricated buildings make the development of prefabricated buildings face great challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to study the quality control issues in the assembly building supply chain and to analyse the production,assembly and delivery processes of prefabricated product quality for assembled buildings,while also expecting to achieve the desired outcome of a collaborative win-win situation in the assembly building supply chain.Based on this,this paper firstly understands the research results on the supply chain and supply chain management model at home and abroad through literature research method;secondly,the concept of assembled building supply chain and its characteristics are proposed from the perspective of assembled building supply chain.The supply chain model makes it necessary for the final construction to be carried out by multiple companies in succession.Due to the uneven distribution of profits among the nodal companies and other reasons,this may lead to the influence of some actor factors.Therefore,the author pays more attention to the actor factors affecting the quality quality of the assembled construction supply chain when studying the quality control of the assembled construction supply chain.On this basis,this paper provides a detailed discussion of the relevant concepts and defines them as the assembled construction supply chain,and examines them.The study is about quality control in the assembly construction supply chain and the object of study is each nodal company in the supply chain.This paper establishes three models of quality control in the assembled construction supply chain at once,basically with sub-situations joining behavioural factors.Corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the three different types of situations.Each model is solved using the Stakelberg dynamic game.And on this basis,the existence of the optimal solution is proved;at the same time,numerical simulations are carried out through example calculations and the influence of each decision factor is analysed through simulation.The main conclusions are as follows: First,The impact of the quality prevention level of equipment suppliers on their own profits is first increased and then reduced,and the impact on the general contractor’s profits and the final delivered construction quality is positively correlated;The quality inspection level and the quality construction level of the general construction contractor have a positive influence on the three objective functions;second,The degree of fair concern and profit distribution ratio negatively affect the quality prevention level of equipment suppliers,the quality inspection level of building general contractor,the quality inspection level of building general contractor and the utility of equipment suppliers;Third: the impact of the exogenous random variable of the quality prevention level on their own quality prevention level is the first increase and then decrease,The impact on the quality inspection level and quality construction level of the general construction contractor is negatively correlated;The impact of absolute risk aversion of equipment suppliers on their own quality prevention level is negatively correlated,The impact on the quality inspection level and the quality construction level of the general construction contractor is positively correlated.
