With the gradual deepening of the concept of sustainable development in the construction industry,prefabricated buildings play an increasingly important role in promoting the structural adjustment of the construction industry and improving construction efficiency.China has also introduced a series of related Policy,the development of prefabricated buildings has good practical conditions.However,the production methods of prefabricated building have changed the traditional construction methods.The new construction mode requires the support of a tighter and more stable supply chain partnership.Therefore,the research on supply chain partnership management for prefabricated buildings is of great significance.This article mainly conducts research from the following aspects: selection of prefabricated building supply chain partners,cultivation of prefabricated building supply chain partners,consolidation of prefabricated building supply chain partnerships,etc.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,an evaluation and selection method for partners in the prefabricated building supply chain is established.First,according to the idea of combining common and personal indicators,an index system consisting of 8 firstlevel indicators and 30 second-level indicators is constructed;then the triangular fuzzy number scoring method is used to determine the index weight value,and the scores of different partners are calculated in conjunction with expert scoring;Finally,the most suitable component supplier partner is selected through comparative analysis.(2)According to the Stackelberg game model,a cooperative model for prefabricated building supply chain partners has been designed and analyzed.The results show that both procurement price incentives and investment cost sharing incentives can improve the quality level of component parts,and they are both effective measures for the cultivation of component suppliers.At the same time,parameters such as project demand,component supplier risk tolerance level,and future market demand fluctuations also have a significant impact on the cultivation effect of component suppliers.(3)Constructed a partnership consolidation path from three aspects: trust relationship construction,information sharing and conflict management.By analyzing the influence of trust on the partnership,the key points of the trust relationships establishment between partners in the prefabricated building supply chain are proposed;by analyzing the specific application process of BIM technology in the prefabricated building project,the prefabricated building supply chain partners information sharing platform based on BIM is established;by analyzing the causes of conflicts between partners,according to the management grid theory,the conflict resolution strategy of the partners in the prefabricated building supply chain was proposed. |
