Abstract/Summary:
China is in a critical period of transition from socialism.Traditional construction methods not only consume large amounts of energy,but also cause serious environmental pollution,which seriously hinders the pace of urban development.To realize the green development of the construction industry is an inevitable requirement for the construction of an environment-friendly society.Different from traditional irrigation work,prefabricated buildings are produced in the factory and then transported to the installation site.It has changed the extensive development mode of traditional buildings and reduced the environmental pollution and energy consumption to the greatest extent,which is in line with the sustainable development strategy of our country.Therefore,it is imperative to vigorously promote the development of the prefabricated construction industry.Although prefabricated buildings are vigorously promoted at the national level,they still face many difficulties in the development of our country.Existing studies have found that due to the complexity of prefabricated construction projects,the large number of participants on its supply chain,information asymmetry between the parties and the phenomenon such as information management difficulties,cause each party information communication efficiency is low,the work can not be very good cohesion between stakeholders,which brings the problems such as delays,increased costs,seriously hindered the development of prefabricated construction.Therefore,ensuring the willingness of all participants in the prefabricated building supply chain to share information,increasing the trust of all participants,and building an efficient information sharing platform is of great sign ificance to the development of prefabricated buildings.The details are as follows:Firstly,based on the information dissemination model,the risks in the assembled supply chain are identified.With reference to the information dissemination model of Laswell and Shannon-Weaver,the problem of information asymmetry and lack of trust among stakeholders in the prefabricated building supply chain is analyzed,and then an information dissemination model is constructed.Dissemination channels,the receiver information and interference factors such as analysis of whole life cycle of prefabricated construction supply chain risk caused by each stage information transmission.Secondly,based on the method of social network analysis,the correlation of risk factors is studied.Through the analysis of information dissemination model,19 risk factors of assembly building supply chain were identified.And then adopt the way of questionnaire survey to determine the influence of the relationship between risk and build prefabricated construction supply chain risk of adjacency matrix,and by using the method of social network analysis,to analyze the influence of the relations between the factors and identify the network relationship stronger,control is strong,and the other factors affect the degree of major risk factors.Thirdly,It is build the information flow model of the assembled supply chain under the block chain technology.In order to control the risks in the prefabricated building supply chain,this research introduces blockchain technology,and then combines the characteristics of the blockchain technology itself to analyze the application of blockchain technology in the information flow of the prefabricated building supply chain,In order to solve the problems caused by the information dissemination of the entire life cycle of the prefabricated building supply chain.
