| In recent years,with the rapid development of the world economy,the speed of economic globalization has been accelerating,and the international market competition has become increasingly fierce.At the same time,the increasing of consumers’ wealth continuously promotes the enterprises to develop better products to meet the market demand.The global political situation and extreme weather are constantly changing,COVID-19 and other outbreaks are recurring.Market demand is also becoming more and more uncertain.In the face of these changes,enterprises need to make a quick response to the market,continuously carry out the industry adjustment,optimize the cost,improve efficiency and increase the core competitiveness.The competition of supply chain among enterprises become an important field of enterprise competition.The improvement of effective procurement management can affect the competitiveness of the enterprise’s service,quality and cost.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the research on the procurement management in the supply chain.In the procurement management of the enterprise,the enterprise is mainly focus on the production material purchasing,normally the production materials market is high transparency,the supplier relationship is relatively stable,and the procurement management theory and method are mature.Compare with the procurement of the production materials,the procurement of non-production material is covering all function departments and run through the whole value chain,it not only works for company daily operation,but also impact the market competitiveness of the enterprises at the same time.The improvement of non-production material purchasing management can effectively enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.It is necessary to continuously explore and study the procurement management of non-production material and find a set of effective procurement management methods of non-production materials.This study is based on the non-production material purchasing management of the company C in automobile parts industry.Firstly this study introduces the background and significance of this research topic,combs the relevant theories of supply chain and the main research results at home and domestic at this stage,and then study and analyze the problem of non-production material purchasing management of the company C,such as the efficiency is low,the non-production material purchasing management system platform is very complex,the non-production material supplier management strategy is fuzzy,MRO outsourcing is unreasonable and so on.Based on the non-production material procurement management theory,value chain theory,procurement and supply positioning model,supplier perception model theory,this thesis classifies the non-production materials of company C and combs the relationship of non-production material suppliers.On this basis,this study puts forward the optimization measures of non-production procurement management strategy of company C: optimizing the procurement process,improving the procurement efficiency,optimizing non production material suppliers,integrating non-production material procurement management information system,optimizing MRO outsourcing supplier performance evaluation.It is hoped to improve the procurement management of non-production materials company C,save procurement costs and promote the long-term sustainable development of company C. |
