Nowadays,with the development of global economic integration,the competition among enterprises is increasingly intensified.This competition is not between traditional individuals,but between industry chains.With the efficient development of China’s automotive industry in recent years,as an important part of the industry,the auto parts manufacturing industry,in addition to receiving the benefits of efficient development,is facing strong pressure of upgrading management.With the continuous entry of the same industry,the growth of auto parts industry is gradually improved,but the market competition is becoming more and more intense.The traditional strategy in the past has been unable to meet the integrated requirements of the main engine manufacturers on the supply of spare parts for the parts enterprises,and the supplier management and optimization in the supply chain is an important breakthrough to save the cost of enterprises,enterprises can improve their core competitiveness through this way.This thesis BS auto parts manufacturing company,for example,in the automotive industry supplier management research,and the Chinese and foreign supplier management and supplier management theory,on the basis of related literature reading,taking the research method of combining the theory research and practice,combining the actual situation of BS company supplier management,find out the deficiencies,and then carried out detailed studies of supplier management.First of all,the basic situation of BS company and the basic situation of the procurement field of BS company were introduced in detail.Some problems existing in the supplier management of BS company were analyzed and discussed one by one,and the causes of the problems were thoroughly analyzed.This paper lists the current situation and existing problems of supplier management in BS company.The main problems of supplier management in BS company at the present stage are as follows.Second,the new supplier audit is not comprehensive;Third,supplier evaluation and quantification;Fourth,the supplier management process does not involve the improvement and innovation of suppliers;Fifth,BS company does not have a strong sense of strategic cooperation with suppliers.Secondly,in the exploration of supplier management,the application of strategic management theory,integrated management practice,put forward countermeasures: First,to strengthen the supplier management process,in strict accordance with the supplier access system to introduce new suppliers;Secondly,the supplier selection model should be used to select the best suppliers.Third,the evaluation and management of existing suppliers should be strengthened and implemented as required.The fourth is to emphasize the importance of suppliers’ performance to the development of both parties in the process of cooperation with suppliers.Fifth,company should establish long-term strategic partnership with suppliers.Finally,the research contents are summarized and prospected.Through the elaboration of relevant procurement management and supply chain theory and the description of the work practice of the company’s procurement department in this paper,it is concluded that high-quality supplier management is very important to the enterprise.In the short term,the scientific selection of suppliers,to ensure that the cost of parts,schedule,research and development,quality targets.In the long run,the scientific management of suppliers,the maintenance of friendly cooperative relations with core suppliers and the establishment of a strategic partnership system will enable BS to maintain a leading position in the industry for a long time to come.Strategic procurement is based on the existing procurement management methods of BS company.It discusses how to conduct scientific and comprehensive supplier management to achieve short-term and long-term goals of procurement.This method can be used for reference not only for BS company but also for other companies. |
