Research On Capacity Evaluation And Product Qualification Management Of Large Equipment Manufacturing Industry Suppliers

With further deepening of social work collaboration,the collaboration among enterprises becomes more and more detailed.The success of the enterprise must have a lean and healthy supply chain.As an essential part of enterprise supply chain management,the management of supplier admission phase takes an important role for enterprises to choose suitable partners.As different enterprises are in different industries,it is obviously unreasonable to use uniform supplier admission management standards and methods.At present,it is the key period of the state establishment of "the Belt and Road" and the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry.Large equipment enterprises should continuously optimize supplier management systems,and summarize a set of supplier admission system and method which is suitable for the development strategy in the industry.This paper mainly expounds the management of supplier admission phase in large equipment manufacturing industry.The large equipment manufacturing industry has a lot of raw materials,various categories,high requirements,low scale degree,and uneven supplier levels.This paper introduces management ideas of supplier classification,capability evaluation,risk assessment and trial production at the supplier admission phase through analyzing characteristics of raw materials and the industry.Besides,the data model for classification management,capability evaluation and risk assessment is designed in accordance with the industry characteristics,further quantifying the original qualitative assessment,improving the management level of supplier admission link,and saving resources for enterprise management.Meanwhile,this paper introduces the concept of supplier trial production into the supplier admission process of large equipment manufacturing industry by using the idea of APQP and the new product development in the auto industry for reference,stands on the characteristics of raw materials and suppliers of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and extracts 18 appraisal factors of trial production.Furthermore,it puts forward the supplier production technology curing at the supplier admission phase,thus improving the quality and stability of suppliers' products,and ensuring that large equipment manufacturing enterprises can obtain raw materials and products stably and continuously.
