Title Research On Design Staff Training System Of GF Company Wind Power Project

Under the guidance of dual carbon,wind power industry will usher in a period of rapid development as one of the core clean energy industries.However,the workforce in the wind power industry is generally young,and the technology and skill level and the development scale of the industry are gradually showing a mismatch,and the situation of talent training is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,how to make full use of existing resources,build a training system suitable for the industry and enterprises,boost enterprise talent training,enhance talent empowerment,and promote high-quality development of enterprises has become one of the important issues commonly faced by wind power enterprises in the future development.Paper to GF wind power project as the research object,generalizes the current condition of training,using the method of questionnaire,interview and case analysis,in-depth research and analysis the problems existing in the training and the causes,to enterprise strategic objectives as the lead,supported by human capital and adult learning theory,through combing,career path and can post match analysis,Complete learning map drawing;Through post skill and knowledge extraction and ability and quality matching requirements,complete the configuration of learning packages for different post sequences.This paper designs training course system based on learning map and learning package configuration.The management system of teachers is designed with the focus on the establishment of internal trainers and the management of external lecturers.Design the training operation system according to the ideas of preliminary preparation,mid-term control and later review;Put forward the training evaluation system design ideas;And from the system,personnel,material aspects put forward specific safeguard measures.It can improve and solve the practical problem that the rapid expansion of business scale and the efficiency of internal talent training do not match,and help enterprises to achieve high-quality development.
