| With the prosperity and development of various undertakings in China,the electricity consumption of the whole society is also increasing.In order to make users use high-quality electric energy and ensure the safety and reliability of the power supply process,the installed capacity of hydropower is increasing,and the equipment structure is also becoming more and more complex,so the difficulty of daily maintenance and operation is also rising.Traditional training mode for maintenance personnel training efficiency is low,high cost of learning,has not adapted to the rapid development of the current hydropower industry.In order to enable trainees to quickly learn and understand the equipment structure and related knowledge of hydropower units,the virtual reality technology developed rapidly in recent years in this paper,combined with the training field of hydropower industry,provides a new idea for solving the problems in the traditional training mode.Taking UG12 as a modeling tool and Unity3 D engine as the development platform,a set of equipment structure learning and training system for hydropower units is designed and developed in this paper.This system adopts C# as the development language of interactive script,and realizes the functions of first-person roaming,device interactive operation,simple accident demonstration and so on.Based on the actual hydropwer plant scene,the virtual environment is built to provide the trainees with almost real “immersive”sensory experience.The system restored the scene of the hydropower plant through a visual 3D model,and provided the trainees with vivid and intuitive training content.The trainees interact with the system through the functional interface,and can comprehensively and systematically master the overall structure and related knowledge of the hydropower unit equipment,saving training costs while reducing safety hazards,and improving teaching quality and learning efficiency.It has great promotion and application value in terms of rapid staff training,deepening staff ability and improving economic efficiency. |
