Reseach On Training Management Of M Training Project Udertaken By C Company

With the rapid development of economy,competition among enterprises begins to shift to talent competition.The development of the talents requires constant learning.As for many training project in enterprise training department in enterprise or training organizers has been using traditional training knowledge for guiding the training project.It’s useless for using the original knowledge to guide and value the training project in enterprise.As business leaders,they must pay attention to the needs of key stakeholders and invest the projects which could get the greatest profits.Training projects has become the program which has the greatest return but the minimum risk.Therefore,it’s particularly important to explore and practice the advanced methods of training project in enterprise.We find that the difference between inefficient and efficient training project is not only the methods of teaching and also the relevance of training project to real business needs,the preparation works before training,learning transformation and evaluation after training.If we couldn’t use the knowledge in the work after taking apart in training project,the training project in enterprise is not successful.Project management is a contemporary advanced management method.To apply the professional knowledge of project management in the training project is to ensure the effective development of training project in enterprise.Meanwhile,we find that the training department of efficient training project almost strictly follow standardized process from the design、implementation and evaluation.Through the systematic analysis of project five process groups,this paper mainly studies how to control the key events in different project groups through sorting out the flow of training project.To take the training management of M training project undertaken by C company as an example,this paper studies how to control the key events and improve the training effect through sorting out the process of training project in enterprise in project five process groups.This paper does the project management research based on the M training project of C Company,which aims to redesign the activities in five groups and sort out the process of training project and to ensure the achievement of the goals in training.
