The Research Of Evaluation For The Safety Training Of Metro Construction Workers Based On Visual Language

In recent years, the urban rail transit has a rapid development and the metro construction develops all over the country. People pay attention to the safety issue in metro construction as well as the economic and social benefits. The unsafe acts of workers were the direct cause of construction accidents, and many studies suggest that safety training was the best way to reducing unsafe acts. The safety training in construction was inefficient compared to other industries. The existing research hadn't revealed the theoretical basis of safety training, but was lacking of an effective research on evaluation of safety training. The research built a safety training system of metro construction, which was based on reviewing the existing study of the safety training and the characteristics of the metro workers, and studied the evaluation of safety training focus on the metro construction unsafe behaviors. Finally, the training was implemented in several metro construction sites in Wuhan to give an empirical analysis.Firstly, the dissertation revealed the reason which includes safety attitude, safety knowledge and safety skills of unsafe acts. It analyzed the characteristics of the safety training in metro construction and then brought up the improving strategies from the theories of Gagne. Then it introduced the design detail of the Wuhan safety training program. Secondly, based on the research of the existing training evaluation model, and considering the actual situation, Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model is chosen. The dissertation designed the index questionnaire of metro safety training based on the reaction level, learning level, act level and the result level. And the evaluation index system of metro construction safety training is built through SPSS22.0, the evaluation method of each level is determined. Finally, the training was implemented in several metro construction sites in Wuhan to give an empirical analysis. Results show that the safety training based on the graphic language is helpful to reduce the unsafe acts of workers, and to improve the safety performance.The dissertation studies the pattern that safety training helps reducing workers' unsafe behavior, and uses the actual example to evaluate the effectiveness of safety training. The study of safety training system and the effectiveness in this dissertation has certain significance on the research of construction safety training.
