As the number, scale, aircraft movements and distribution density of civil airports increasing, aircraft noise pollution is getting more and more serious. How to reasonably evaluate the influence of airport noise and explore noise abatement measures have important practical significance not only to the airport sustainable development and environmental assessment, but also to the mitigation of conflicts and disputes caused by airport noise.Summarized the relate researches of airport noise from both domestic and foreign airports. According to these researches, select as the basic metric for assessing the amount of airport noise, then determine the calculation model and processes. As airport noise is caused by the approach and departure activities of aircrafts, thus combine with the use of INM software and MATLAB mathematic software, closely track the aircraft approach and departure flight profiles to analyze airport noise, abatement measures and its effects. The research comprehensively apply the aircraft performance engineering, flight procedures and other theories and models, in one hand, analyzed and calculated the key element that determine the noise impact which covers the general approach and departure procedures,noise abatement departure procedures and continuous descent approach procedures, in another hand, explained the causes and mechanism of formation the noise impact have under different procedures through the noise distribution shape and distribution area. Whereas ICAO requires State members to start the implementation of PBN procedures in 2016, a systematic calculation and comparison of noise impact between PBN and conventional procedures is especially conducted and come up to a clear conclusion.
