The Study Of Airport Noise Monitoring And Its Noise Abatement Effectiveness

According to statistics,there are about one-third of civil airports in China with aviation noise impact problems,which has become one of the key issues restricting the sustainable development of China's civil airports.At present,only the Beijing Capital Airport and the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport have built the airport noise monitoring system,and it will be built in China's large airports in the future.But the study on the design,function and usage of airport noise monitoring systems in our country has just begun.There is important value and significance for solving airport aviation noise problems and building green airports by the use of airport noise monitoring system to assess airport noise impact condition,and especially allow full play of airport noise monitoring systems for noise abatement effectiveness.Firstly,considering the problems existing in the design and construction of the airport aviation noise monitoring system in China,the research focuses on the improvement of airport noise monitoring system from the aspects of noise measuring metric and noise evaluation metric,and determining the number of noise monitoring terminals and the layout optimization further.Secondly,for the currently existing problems of aircraft noise event recognition technology,an improved method based on pattern recognition is proposed in the research.Thirdly,a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the measurement deviation and data processing deviation of the airport noise monitoring system is put forward,and the technical direction of improving the system accuracy further is clarified in this section.Fourthly,the paper analyses and explains the foundation and implement methods to correlate the measured noise levels from the airport noise monitoring system with aircraft operation accurately.Fifthly,the radar track data plays an important role in realizing the function of the airport noise monitoring system,on the basis of using DBSCAN clustering algorithm to acquire the average radar track,further research has been carried on as for the noise impact after the flight track deviation.Sixthly,the main goal of this work is the noise abatement effectiveness analysis of the airport noise monitoring system in detail,including the airport noise impact assessment,airport noise forecast contour correction,noise complaint processing and analysis,illegal flight discovery and analysis,and airport noise reduction measures effectiveness verification.Finally,on the background of the application of the noise monitoring system in an airport in China,the thesis analyzes the specific noise abatement effectiveness and proposes some technical suggestions.
