| With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry, environment issues caused by airports with heavy traffic become more and more seriously. Airport environment issues are mainly reflected in three aspects, i.e. airport clearance, aviation noise and atmospheric quality. PBN(Performance Based Navigation), will be fully implemented soon, surely influences the three aspects above. System and comprehensive research of PBN’ impact on airport environment is of important realistic meaning and academic value for sustainable and harmonious development of airport and city.The key to the airport clearance management is reasonably zoning of clearance area. The thesis compared and analyzed the obstacle limitation surface of ICAO annex-14 and the area of flight procedure, defined the clearance scope giving consideration of flight procedure. In view of the characteristics of with high navigation accuracy, the scope of PBN’s area is further reduced based on ICAO’s related technical standard. The impact of PBN on airport noise is systematically analyzed, and the aviation noise calculation model for aircraft approach and departure are established. The significant advantages of PBN in the aspects of away from sensitive places and noise decreases for aircraft departure and approach are validated compared with conventional flight procedures by way of analyzing and computing.Calculation model of aircraft emissions is setup by way of combination of Gauss model and LTO cycle based on aircraft flight performance. The PBN’s advantages of reducing emission are demonstrated through comparing the differences between the track, time and distance of the flight. Research and calculation show that implementation of PBN have totally positive influences on airport clearance, sound environment and atmospheric condition. |
