Rural Landscape Optimization Based On AVC Theory

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the major historical task of "beautiful countryside" construction,rural landscape planning ushered in a new development opportunity.The new requirements of "beautiful countryside" for rural landscape are not only the protection of natural ecological landscape,but also the environmental construction of rural economic development and cultural heritage.Based on the overall situation,it is a design concept and values.However,the traditional rural landscape planning focuses on the homogenization design of "farmland design as square,road design as network",and does not pay enough attention to the improvement of the value of rural local resources and the quality of life of residents,the inheritance of traditional history and culture,and the transformation of industrial structure,which makes the construction of "beautiful countryside" lack of deep content and connotation.Yangri town in Shennongjia forest region,a place of comprehensive land improvement project,is taken as the research object.Firstly,based on the AVC theory,combined with the natural ecological conditions and social and economic development of the study area,31 qualitative and quantitative indicators are selected.AHP is used to calculate the index weight value of the evaluation system,and multi-objective linear weighting function is used to construct the AVC comprehensive evaluation system of rural landscape according to the index judgment standard The results of AVC comprehensive evaluation are obtained;the development status and deficiencies of Attraction(A),Vitality(V)and Carrying capacity(C)of the study area are discussed,which provides theoretical basis and ideas for rural landscape planning.Secondly,the ArcGIS spatial analysis technology is used to analyze the ecological sensitivity of five single factors(topography,geomorphology,visibility,water and vegetation),and the superposition analysis method is used to determine the highly sensitive rural area;the anti planning theory and decision tree method are used to divide the functional areas,clarify the connotation and development orientation of each functional area,and provide reference for the optimization of rural landscape in the study area For more intuitive theoretical basis.Finally,combined with the results of AVC evaluation and GIS spatial analysis,aiming at the decline of rural landscape in the study area,the key points and target positioning of rural landscape improvement were clarified.According to the planning objectives of rural landscape,the following landscape optimization schemes were put forward:1)In the aspect of rural settlement landscape,we should excavate the historical,cultural and natural landscape resources in the study area,repair and protect historical and cultural relics,strengthen the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities,carry out greening and renovation of rural settlement environment,create a beautiful and pleasant rural living environment,and enhance the Attraction and Carrying capacity of villages.2)In the aspect of agricultural production landscape,we should carry out soil improvement project and organic fertility;at the same time,we should fully tap the existing land resources and carry out unused land development to improve the current situation of rural land,create a new landscape pattern of agricultural production,improve the local financial revenue and enhance the Vitality of rural areas.3)In the aspect of natural ecological landscape,we should strictly observe the red line of ecological protection and strengthen the management of landscape,forest,field,lake and grass system.Through the mountain vegetation restoration,river regulation,tree planting and other projects,the ecological environment sensitivity is reduced,the self-regulation and maintenance capacity of rural ecosystem is ensured,and the rural Carrying capacity is improved.4)In terms of characteristic tourism landscape,relying on the geomorphic conditions and resource advantages of each village in the study area,we should speed up the process of rural industrialization,optimize the tourism characteristics from the aspects of "clothing,food,housing,eating,drinking and playing",improve the tourism space,and create an eco-tourism town integrating natural landscape,leisure and health,culture and art,so as to continuously promote the development of the tertiary industry and improve the rural Attraction and Vitality.At last,using the AVC comprehensive evaluation model of rural landscape constructed in this paper,judge the actual effect of landscape optimization by comparative analysis.So as to put forward a reasonable basis for the implementation of Rural Revitalization and development strategy,optimization of land spatial layout and Realization of rural modernization in the study area.
