Study On Rural Landscape Planning And Design Under The Background Of Rural Vitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2018 put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time,and listed it as a major development strategy at the national level.Its importance is self-evident.As the space of villagers’ production and life,village is the core carrier of Rural Revitalization.At present,various cases of Rural Revitalization and construction emerge in endlessly,but at the same time,there are still many problems in rural landscape construction.The homogenization of rural landscape planning is more serious,which leads to the lack of regional characteristics,and the imperfect industrial structure can not give the longterm development of rural sustainable hematopoiesis.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing problems,this paper explores the principles of rural landscape planning and design in the context of rural revitalization,and provides some reference for building a village model for Rural Revitalization.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Through combing the relevant concepts,combining the research progress at home and abroad,analyzing the typical cases at home and abroad,it is concluded that the rural landscape in the context of the current rural revitalization should not only protect the ecological environment,create the human settlements environment,but also increase the emphasis on traditional culture,rural industry,stimulate the vitality of employment innovation,so as to solve the common problems of rural development and improve people’s Gain and happiness.(2)With the help of AVC theory,the comprehensive evaluation system of rural landscape is constructed.Compared with the previous evaluation indexes of rural landscape,the indexes of rural landscape texture and waste water treatment capacity are increased at the attractive level;the proportion of industry is emphasized at the vitality level,the livelihood of rural people and the ability of employment and entrepreneurship are emphasized;at the bearing capacity level,the ecological and spatial carrying capacity are emphasized,and 39 evaluation systems of 4 layers are constructed.Finally,according to the index weight,vitality > bearing capacity > attraction.(3)Based on the investigation of the current situation of ancient Xian village in Wenxian County,Henan Province,combined with the analysis of the weight of the previous comprehensive landscape evaluation,it was assigned by the questionnaire.The final score of Guxian village is 63.6089,which belongs to the general category.It shows that the original ecological endowment of the village is general,but the traditional cultural foundation is good,and the current situation of the ancient village is clear.Then,the planning objectives and tasks will be implemented in a targeted way to further prepare for the rural landscape planning.(4)Based on the previous research,the landscape planning and design of the ancient Xian village in Wenxian county is carried out,with the ancient Xian culture and wheat culture as the starting point,and the ancient Xian culture leisure village and Yanxue village as the theme positioning.The industrial development layout is proposed,and the whole industrial chain layout is carried out for wheat industry.The first industry is deeply cultivated agriculture,the second industry is extended processing industry,and the third industry is developed tourism.From the overall layout of the village,improve the overall landscape,improve infrastructure.
