Research On The Planning And Design Of Red Rural Tourism In The Context Of Rural Vitalization

In the context of urbanization,problems such as population loss,environmental governance and cultural decline continue to appear in rural development.The development and revitalization of rural areas has become a major task in China at the present stage.In particular,the development and construction of the red villages with a distinct revolutionary history should be paid attention to,but they are limited due to the remote location,inconvenient transportation,lack of investment and other reasons.The purpose of this research is to provide suggestions for the inheritance of red culture and the prosperity and revitalization of rural areas in these old revolutionary base areas.This paper takes the red rural tourism planning and design as the research object,by referring to a representative of tourism development and planning construction case,studied the planning and design theoretical content and practical application of the law,summed up the predecessors’ excellent experience of enlightenment,the red to the current situation of the development of rural tourism in our country,develop their own to the old revolutionary base areas red rural tourism planning and design methods and ideas,and combine the theoretical exploration and practical application,plan and design the specific practice case.First of all,through the application of literature research,field investigation,interview investigation,case practice and other methods,this paper sorts out the domestic and foreign researches related to rural tourism and red tourism,and distinguishes and defines the relevant concepts.Secondly,it analyze the red from all sides the problems in the construction of rural tourism planning,from the idea that rural rejuvenation,the red culture in rural tourism planning and design of the protection,inheritance and application,etc.,sums up the red rural tourism planning and design of relevant theories and methods,and from the region coordination,the cultural protection and developing characteristic planning principles and planning strategies are put forward.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,the red rural tourism planning and development model integrating "red inheritance & scene experience & industry integration" is proposed,and the planning and design practice is carried out by taking Bangluo Town,Tongwei County,Dingxi City as an example.Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the tourism resources,development status and regional tourism market of Bangluo Town,the method of tourism planning and design of Bangluo Town in Tongwei County is discussed in detail.The specific contents and methods of planning and design are summarized from eight aspects,including planning positioning,functional spatial layout,infrastructure improvement,tourism service facilities perfection,road traffic organization,rural image building,tourism product design,operation management and environmental protection,in order to provide guidance for the development and planning of tourism in Bangluo Town.
