Historical and cultural districts are important areas of the city's great connotation and value,carrying the city's development memory and a long history,is the city's major cultural heritage in social development and historical changes.With the rise of tourism and cultural consumption,commercial development of historical districts has become the focus of heritage conservation.In the districts development process,there is often an inappropriate commercialization,causing a series of problems.Therefore,how to carry out appropriate business development,balance the relationship between commercial development and cultural protection,become an urgent problem to be solved.In the past,the study on the commercialization of historical and cultural districts has focused on the summary analysis of commercialization phenomena and the study of commercial renewal methods.There are few researches on the degree of suitability of commercial development.In order to make up for the current research on the protection and practice of historical and cultural blocks,this paper puts forward the commercial suitability of historical and cultural districts.Based on the evaluation of cognition,the article discusses the protection and commercial exploitation of historical district in order to enrich the research field of historical and cultural district protection,and provide suggestions for the practice of districts protection.The paper focuses on the problem-oriented,follow the main idea of "Asking questions-Analyzing problems-Solving problems",that is,"Why should I study business suitability-How to study business suitability-How to solve the problem of inappropriate commercialization of historical and cultural blocks?Based on the background of the commercialization of historical and cultural blocks,the paper draws the research topic and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.Then,it summarizes the related literatures and the practical experiences of protection and development in the evaluation,commercialization and suitability of historical blocks at home and abroad,and sets out the theoretical and practical basis for the development of the article.And then from three aspects of the need for commercial suitability research,that is,the inevitable trend of commercialized development in historical and cultural blocks,the problem and contradictions caused by the inappropriate commercialization,and from the social,economic,cultural,life and other aspects of the districts on the appropriate commercialization of the urgent demands.On the basis of a lot of literature research and field investigation,this paper uses the scientific method to establish the commercial suitability evaluation model of historical districts.And to study the commercialization suitability of Ciqikou historic district,Xiahao Old Street in Ciyun Temple-Mimi Street – Longmenhao historic district and Kingkong Monument historic district.The research process is as follows:(1)The qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the commercialization of the three historical districts is carried out by using the commercial suitability evaluation model.(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the commercial suitability of the above three historical districts and determine its commercialization(3)According to the evaluation results,the author analyzes the commercialization status of each historical and cultural district vertically and compares the commercial advantages and existing problems of the three historical districts.(4)Combining with the pilot research,considering the empirical analysis and analysis results,the commercial suitability evaluation standard is established.Finally,the article puts forward the optimization strategy of moderate commercialization of historical district from the aspects of policy management,planning technology and social level,respectively,with reference to the practical experience of excellent cases and the problems of empirical research,combined with the multi-party demands of economy,society,culture and life.The author believes that the formation of a good historical district business atmosphere,the need for intervention in the management of government departments,the technical sector of the scientific planning and the active participation of residents of the neighborhood,and stressed the historical and cultural aspects of the district and the harmonious coexistence.
