Research On Commercial Perception Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural District Tourism

Historical and cultural blocks record the changes and development of the city and carry important cultural memories.As one of the most valuable areas in the city and the most important aspects of heritage protection,they also focus on the activation and renewal of the blocks themselves while emphasizing the protection of historical and cultural blocks.Nowadays,cultural consumption has become a hot tourist business development,and historical and cultural blocks for contains the rich history and culture and become the importance of the development of the tourism business,tourism business of block development can not only dig deep historical and cultural factors,the effective protection of blocks systematic,holistic,at the same time also can promote the economic development,their protection and construction of block a steady stream of funds.However,a large number of practices have proved that in the process of development,the developers often blindly pursue economic interests,the government is lax in management,the residents lack of awareness of protection,and so on,resulting in the block tourism commercial development problems,thus damaging the authenticity of the historical culture of the block.Therefore,how to ensure the proper tourism commercial development of the district,while protecting the historical and cultural resources of the district,and promoting economic development has become an urgent pra ctical problem to be solved in the process of realizing sustainable development of the historical and cultural district.Based on this,this article on the basis of a large number of literatures and achievements at home and abroad,combined with field visi ting and investigation,the writer select block material space environment,living environment and the business environment three aspects as evaluation indexes and the construction of historical and cultural blocks developed step by step a tourism commerci alization perception evaluation index system,then using the AHP method and Delphi method to determine the weight coefficient of evaluation indexes,finally construct the historical and cultural blocks tourism business sense evaluation system;Lastly,chang sha taiping street historical and cultural blocks,the tide of the historical and cultural street blocks as empirical research object of sensory evaluation,participants of the block environment satisfaction investigation,and then using sensory evaluation system to evaluate two blocks of the present condition of the tourism business development,horizontal comparative analysis,and the evaluation results are obtained for two blocks present problems and development advantage.The research found that:(1)at present,the historical and cultural block of taiping street has the problem of excessive development of tourism business,and the goods in the block are homogeneous,and the type is single,and the relationship with history and culture is poor;Comfort,overload,and space environment caused by block experience poor(2)the tide of historical and cultural street blocks is satisfaction higher than that of taiping street,but the problem that the low degree of tourism business development,blocks the life an d low level of infrastructure cannot meet the basic needs of residents,the other the lack of tourism business service facilities,to attract tourists,block caused by lack of energy and attraction.Based on the above analysis,in combination with reference to the success of good example,respectively from to adhere to in order to protect the neighborhood for the principle,reasonable allocation of blocks internal space,enriching the connotation of the commercial forms,encourage community participation and so on four aspects proposed the improvement and upgrading the blocks suggest,that only to formulate scientific and reasonable government management policies and protection planning,form the dynamic supervision feedback mechanism,satisfy the psychologic al needs of tourists to history and culture and improve residents’ living conditions can effectively promote the sustainable development of historical and cultural blocks.
