| With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China and the increasing investment in large-scale infrastructure,the construction industry has made unprecedented progress.In 2016,the state regulated the overheated real estate economy and put the brakes on the high growth real estate investment.The construction industry had the most direct influence.The large-scale construction engineering contracting enterprises in joy just ushered in the first construction industry,will usher in the construction pace of adjustment,it can be said that building construction enterprises live in "cold season",facing the pressure from all sides.Under such circumstances,how to establish an efficient project management mode and achieve extensive transformation from intensive management to intensive management has become an urgent problem for construction enterprises.This paper takes X company as an example,the failure analysis based on X company to expand the external market analysis of the project management of X company and the causes;through the analysis of X company’s existing organizational structure and project management,points out the existing problems and potential crises,so there is an urgent need to change.By reading the relevant literature,multi project management ideas based on critical chain management,put forward to optimize the organizational structure of the company,to maximize the profit and sustainable development as the goal,to build a X based on the sustainable development of the company and the company and the external environment of the adaptability of multi project management mode of operation system.The main contents are as follows:1.through actual cases,it analyzes the project management problems and causes of X company.By comparing single project management with multi project management,it puts forward that multi project management is the solution to X company’s management problems.2.through the analysis of organizational structure,we optimize the organizational structure of X to adapt to multi project management.Based on multi project management theory,we sort out and optimize the X company’s project management process.3.set up a set of multi project management models for X company: project analysis,project positioning,project sequencing,project group and project implementation,project monitoring,project acceptance and project ending.4.through practical cases,the feasibility of the multi project management mode is verified,and the problems in the application process and the improvement measures in the later stage are analyzed.Through this study,I hope to provide some useful references for project management of construction enterprises,and play a certain role in promoting project management level of project managers.Only by implementing effective management can the profit and profit be maximized and the competitiveness of the enterprise be improved. |
