A key factor of project success is project schedule management.At present,there are many shortcomings such as rigidity,unilateralism and inefficiency in project management methods,which can not meet the requirements of modern project management.Project management of new product development is particularly important in modern enterprises,especially in high-tech enterprises.The purpose of project management is to make the project unified management in order to better complete the project plan.The concrete practice is to make reasonable planning,integration and implementation of the effective resources in the project.In view of the rapid increase in MEMS measurement combined products at home and abroad,the A research institute uses the critical chain method to manage the project progress.Critical chain method is a very reasonable and scientific project schedule management method.It takes account of uncertain factors such as resource constraints in project schedule.It has important practical significance to apply critical chain method in MEMS measurement combined development projects.This paper uses the method of comparative analysis,empirical analysis,literature analysis and qualitative and quantitative combination.First,the progress of project management and the definition of critical chain technology are introduced.Secondly,according to the actual demand,it improves the time estimation,schedule control and planning steps of the critical chain technology in this project.Aiming at the MEMS related technology and product research carried out by our company,the goal is to realize the localization and mass production capacity of a MEMS product.The improved critical chain method is applicable to the project of MEMS measurement combined by unit and the introduction to the actual project case provides a great reference for the development of other electronic products in the company.
