Research On Human Resources Business Partner Management In H Group

With the increasing standardization of enterprise management,human resource management has become one of the core functions of enterprise management.At present,many enterprises are in a rapidly changing competitive environment.The organizational ability and personnel quality should always support the strategic development of enterprises.So human resource management should not be limited to staff recruitment and disposition,compensation and benefit,personnel file management with some fundamental works,whereas HR should be deploy their work closely with business in a strategic thinking.In the early twentieth century,Dave Ulrich put forward to “HR Three-Pillar Model(HRCOE,HRSSC,HRBP)” which offer the solution for this issue.The model of human resources business partner require HR to build HRBP team and integrate HR management into department,which can transfer their traditional function into business partner and settle the problem to create value.This article discussed the relevant theoretical knowledge of human resources business in partner management,management implementation requirements and its necessity;and also have an analysis in H group’s current situation of that aspects in the way of interview and questionnaire.The problems for the management of HRBP in H group are the indistinct responsibility of position,failure of core responsibilities,the lack of communication for sharing mechanism and insufficient professional competence of employees.By analyze the experiences of benchmark firms,some suggestions are put forward: improving the human resource management system,and building service center where can provide guidance,improve HRBP’s professional competence,strengthen the assessment for manager of their work,which can be helpful to H group’s human resources partner management.
