| As people’s material living standard is getting better,they pay more attention to the pursuit of spirit."Well-being" becomes a hot topic.As the largest watch manufacturer in the world,S company mainly focuses on mechanical watches.With the continuous expansion of smart watches in consumer markets,the Swiss watch industry is facing a certain threat of substitutes.Challenged by emerging markets,S Company,with a history of 100 years,urgently needs to break through the bottleneck period.Paying too much attention to profits and ignoring employees’ subjective well-being reduce employees’ work enthusiasm,which affect their overall vitality and lack of innovation.Talent is the most active value,where innovation comes.Therefore,S company needs to stimulate the wisdom and ability of employees through human resource measures,improve the employees’ subjective well-being,so as to become a dynamic organization,adapting to the environment and facing the future.This paper mainly studies the effects of supportive human resource management practice on employees’ subjective well-being in S Company.Based on the theories from various experts at home and abroad,analyze situations and problems of well-being in human resources of S Company through survey,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for employees’ well-being.Select the employees’ subjective well-being as key outcome variable,together with other variables including supportive human resources,psychological safety and supervisor support are conducted data analysis with descriptive,correlation and regression analysis.The results show that this variable,supportive human resources,has a positive influence on employees’ subjective wellbeing;In addition,this variable has such a positive impact should rely on the mediating effect of psychological safety;Supervisor support moderates the mediating effect of psychological security.Based on the the influencing factors of employees’ subjective well-being in S company,measures are proposed from three dimensions.Through communication with senior managers of the company,I clarified the direction of well-being improvement for S company.From the perspective of supportive human resource management practices,corresponding improvement strategies are put forward from the aspects of recognizing employees contributions and investing employees behaviors,including the improvement of humanized working environment,employees compensation,employees benefits,staff care plan,employee training and career development plans,psychologival security and supervisor support.In order to achieve a warm humanoriented organization,S company needs to improve its human resource management mechanism.The enthusiasm of employees is stimulated,and the engagement is enhanced to promote the vitality of the organization.Continuously enhance employee happiness and promote sustainable development. |
