At this stage as a new generation of the workplace,new generation overall high employee turnover rate,employee turnover rate is far higher than the average level,the future as a large number of new generation workers pouring into the enterprise,will give enterprise human resource management has brought new problems and challenges.The new generation of employees has a high culture education,and has a higher and more diversified demand for quality of life and life value.They are "integrators" and "new times people".Past through economic demand as a tool for employee motivation is gradually losing the original utility,generous pay levels do not completely in exchange for new generation employees sense of responsibility,to the enterprise salary incentive factors can only play an auxiliary utility in combination with other factors,so we need to pass comprehensive motivation,to meet the needs of new generation employees multi-level,diversified.The current our country enterprise common problems of new generation high employee turnover raterespecially the state-owned enterprises and institutions.the traditional compensation is stable,social status and influence,such as the original competitive advantage,in today’s talent market weakening.employee turnover is increasing year by year,the new generation of state-owned enterprises,especially in some state-owned enterprises in the field of production technology and other professional staff turnover,gradually become a stumbling block to benign operation of state-owned enterprises and institutions.NJ cigarette factories.therefore.in this paper,the state-owned monopoly enterprise workshop new generation employees as the research object,through the analysis of characteristics of new generation staff groups,classical departure model research,the early stage of the basis of widely collected data,according to the personality characteristics of new generation employees as well as the possible factors influencing the turnover behavior questionnaire investigation,cause analysis,the result of the questionnaire survey to find out in new generation employees reason for leaving the company,and through the use of human resource management 3 p model,to improve existing problems,put forward countermeasures of effectively reduce the employee turnover rate NJ cigarette factories Cenozoic,efforts to improve the new generation employees to enterprise’s loyalty,Accelerating the construction of technological talents,managerial talents and technical talents in enterprises during the 13th five-year plan period will play an important supporting role in coping with new changes and new competition.
