The power supply is between businesses while Power involves millions of people. So if it is safe and stable operation of power production and it can provide reliable power for the sustained and healthy development of national economy will be directly related to a concrete realization of the goal of a harmonious society. In the power enterprises, it is the most important task of all to product safely. And human error is the main cause of the accident occurred in the power enterprises and it should not be overlooked when it leads to the enterprise's loss.The investigation and analysis on many accidents in the power enterprises trigger the process and the causes of the accident and make it clear that most types of accidents happened are the result of human accident, because human error has played a crucial role in the accident. Then based on analysis the principle of human behavior and formation mechanism of human error , the cause and a quantitative model of human error were given.Human error in the power enterprises is subject to the negative psychology of the workers here. This paper summaries up eight types of psychology that will lead to human accident easily, analyses the three main aspects of psychological—the main characteristic, the typical behavior and the main performance of psychological.Finally, the paper notes that fatigue is a major reason that leads to human accident in the power enterprises.
