Security Psychological Evaluation System, And In The Psychological Evaluation Of The Blasting Work Safety

Mine blasting accidents in China still happen often,not only cause great psychological pressure on the miners and their families,but also cause extremely bad influence to society.Statistics suggested that the majority of mine blasting accidents were associated with human factors,and the safety psychology of human was the internal origin of safety behavior.Therefore,researching safety psychology was important to prevent and reduce accidents;establishing a set of psychological evaluation system of mine rock blaster was of great importance to assessment on the psychological quality of mine rock blasters.The content of the paper mostly included:(1)Under the guidance of the safety psychology,this paper made a research on the influencing about the psychological factors on mine rock blaster.(2)Under the guidance of psychological test theory,this paper studied the method for measuring the factors of safety psychology,and presented to measure cognitive psychological factors using operational testing,to measure psychological factors related to safety using questionnaire test,to forecast the Human Body's three Biological Rhythm by the Human Body's Biological Rhythm theory.(3)The specific testing and calculation methods were researched in details. Algorithms of testing and calculation were designed.It had prepared the way for the implementation of testing and calculation.(4)Comprehensive psychological evaluation methods were researched in this paper.(5)Under the guidance of the computer engineering theory,using VB programming language,the psychological evaluation system of mine rock blaster was mainly integrated developed with the Access database,which could be used easily.The conclusion of the paper was as followed:(1)Operational testing,questionnaire test and the calculation of the Human Body's Biological Rhythm were combined skillfully to construct two appraisal methods of safety psychology.For the first method,the psychological quality of mine rock blaster was evaluated completely with operational testing and questionnaire test; for the second method,the safety psychology status of mine rock blaster on the same day was evaluated quickly with operational testing and the calculation of the Human Body's Biological Rhythm.(2)Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced to the safety psychology comprehensive evaluation of mine rock blaster.It was a new attempt,and the algorithm of the comprehensive evaluation and the rapid evaluation was successfully designed.(3)The system can automatically plan the image of the Human Body's three Biological Rhythm and it is easy to use.The system can carry out the evaluation parameter calculations by itself database,and the evaluation parameters are the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Therefore,there has a self-optimization function in this system.(4)The system can test and assess the psychological quality of the candidates of mine rock blasters;the results can be reference for staff recruitment.The regular evaluation of mine rock blaster on job can found unsafe psychological factors,in order to do well in loving and education.The system can be used in their daily work, the safety psychology status of mine rock blaster on the same day can be evaluated in a few minutes,the man who has poor safety psychology status will be specially taken care to prevent and reduce accidents.The innovation of the paper can be included:(1)The paper put forward the new thought,which applied psychological test theory to the selection of mine rock blasters.(2)The assessment indexes system for safety psychology of mine rock blaster was established.(3)The paper established method to determine the parameters of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the psychological evaluation system of mine rock blaster.(4)The software of psychological evaluation system of mine rock blaster is empoldered for the first time.
