Statistics on construction accidents at domestic and foreign show that more than90% of accidents caused by human insecurity have become the most important cause of accidents.People’s unsafe behavior is affected by the human’s unsafe mentality.Therefore,researching people’s psychological safety helps prevent and reduce accidents.At the same time,the research on competency model has more research results at home and abroad,and shows great advantages in practice.Based on existing achievements,the unsafe behaviors are analyzed from the perspective of psychology,and the construction psychology is combined with the safety psychology and competency,and a safe psychological competence model is constructed according to the actual situation.Firstly,the thesis analyzes competency and psychology related theories,defines the concept of safety psychological competence of construction workers and construction workers,introduces psychological phenomena such as psychological process and personality psychology,and psychological factors such as 16 PF,SCL-90,and stress coping.table.Secondly,the safety psychology knowledge was used to statistically analyze the safety of construction accidents and the safety of construction workers,and summarized the six aspects of cognition,emotion,will,and attention.Then,the domestic and foreign data and literature were studied,and 16 PF,SCL-90,stress coping styles and other psychological measurement tables were used to extract safety psychological competence indicators of construction workers.Based on the investigation and interview design questionnaire,the sample was tested to study the safety psychological competency index.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS.The indicators were tested and verified.After that,the safety psychologicalcompetency model of construction workers was established.Using the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of the competency index,the psychological measurement table measures the index score and calculates the total score of the psychological competency.Through the establishment of the psychological competence index and the total score of the competency,a comparison can be made to judge whether or not it is competent.Finally,it builds a building security psychological system that uses computer software technology as a link,uses psychological knowledge to explain the laws between the psychological and safety of construction workers,and provides education and training for employees and psychological intervention.The research of psychological safety competency of building construction personnel lies in the psychological consideration of human beings.Through the analysis of cognitive ability,personality traits,mental health and pressure,the models of safety psychological competence of management personnel and technical personnel are obtained,and their respective safety is established.Psychological competency indicators evaluation criteria.With IFAHP,the weights of various indicators of the safety and psychological competence of management personnel and technical personnel are calculated,and the total score of the competence is calculated.If the score is higher than the standard,it means competence,and if it is lower than the standard,psychological intervention is required.The designed building safety psychology system can evaluate employees and obtain assessment reports,which can be used to conduct specific psychological interventions. |
