With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the passenger throughput of my country’s civil aviation has also soared year by year in recent years.Under the increasing pressure of flight guarantees,the safety risks of road traffic in the aircraft activity area of civil aviation airports also urgently need to attract the attention of airport management departments.Therefore,the identification of road traffic safety risk factors in civil aviation airports through scientific and effective methods and analysis of their operational safety status are of great significance to the prevention and control of road traffic accidents.Based on the accident cause theory,this article first analyzes the factors affecting road traffic safety in the aircraft activity area of civil aviation airports from the five aspects of "people-vehicles-roads-environment-management".On this basis,construct a safety evaluation index system for aircraft activity areas in civil aviation airports.Secondly,take X airport as an empirical study,and use Bayesian network model and fault tree model to analyze.In the Bayesian network model,the ISM interpretation structure model is used to construct the Bayesian network structure diagram,and the initial data is obtained through questionnaire surveys.After the initial data is sorted and calculated,the Netica software is used to perform initial probability calculation,forward reasoning and reverse.Reasoning towards diagnosis and evaluating the overall safety status of the road traffic system in the aircraft activity area of the airport.In the accident tree model,the four common accident patterns are deduced and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.In the quantitative analysis,the probability value calculated by the Bayesian model is combined to calculate the minimum cut set of each accident tree model.Probability value.According to the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the accident tree model,combined with the results of the traffic safety investigation,the important hazards are identified through the analysis of the cause of the accident,and the corresponding safety management countermeasures are formulated.
