| In recent years,our country’s economy has developed vigorously,especially the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy.The transportation of major parts at sea has become the key to commercial transportation and has gradually become an important part of the shipping industry.The increasing demand for transportation of heavy lift cargo has caused shipping companies to pay more attention to the safety factor during transportation.At the ’same time,the scale of heavy lift cargo transportation fleet is also expanding.Compared with other cargoes,major parts have the characteristics of being super-high,super-long or super-heavy,and their status during transportation is complicated.In the event of a heavy lift cargo transportation accident by sea,its hazard is inestimable,which will not only cause heavy casualties and huge economic losses but also cause pollution to the marine environment.Therefore,the research on the safety of the transportation of heavy lift cargo by sea is a very important subject.(1)Introduce the classification of heavy lift cargo in detail,the commonly used ships for heavy lift cargo transportation and the calculation method of the external force of heavy lift cargo.(2)Sort out the transportation schemes for heavy lift cargoes by sea and analyze the factors that affect the safety of the transportation of heavy lift cargoes by sea from the perspective of safety system engineering.(3)In this paper,the fuzzy Bayesian network method is used as the research method.First,the fault tree method is used to establish a clear and intuitive marine fault tree for the transportation of heavy lift cargo and map the fault tree into a Bayesian network.Secondly,calculate the structural importance,probability importance and critical importance of the basic events in the fault tree of heavy cargo transportation.Finally,based on the calculation results,the safety of heavy cargo transportation is analyzed.(4)Case Analysis.This article selects the "HAMRA" vessel transport transformer as an example for calculation,and evaluates its transportation in combination with ship,voyage and cargo information.The evaluation results show that the transportation safety cannot be guaranteed due to the great risk. |
