| The Shandong Peninsula has always been one of the busiest areas for military aviation missions as the home base of the North Sea Fleet’s aviation unit.Within its 66,000 square kilometers,there are as many as seven military airports,two joint civilian and military airports,five civilian airports,and two civilian air traffic landing sites.The closest distance between airports is only 50 kilometers in a straight line.Especially since the operation of the first 4Fclass Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport in Shandong in August 2021,the increase in passenger traffic and flight frequency has made the conflict between military and civilian aviation increasingly severe on the Shandong Peninsula.Therefore,to solve the problem of military-civilian aviation conflicts around Jiaodong Airport,this article takes the typical route with frequent military and civilian aviation activities,the W651 route for Jiaodong Airport’s northbound arrival,as the research object.Based on the Event aircraft collision risk model and the actual situation of the W651 route,an improved military and civilian collision risk model suitable for this route was constructed to study the collision risk between inbound flights and military aircraft.The main research of this article includes:(1)Based on the original ICAO safety target level,referring to Chinese aviation data statistics analysis,and combining with the size of military aircraft,the safety target level for military and civilian aviation was established.(2)For civilian passenger planes,an improved collision box composed of two triangular prisms with equal bottom and a cylinder was proposed as the Event model.It was demonstrated that the new model has smaller redundancy and higher accuracy than the previous risk calculation.(3)Based on the shapes of JH-7,H-6,and Y-8 fighter jets,their vertical and lateral collision risk models were established,and the collision risk formula for military aircraft was calculated,providing a precise Event collision model for milita(4)Conduct research and organization on the error factors of military-civilian aviation collision risk on the approach route of Jiaodong Airport,add them to the improved formula for calculating military-civilian aviation collision risk,and improve the military-civilian aviation collision risk model.This makes the model more closely aligned with the actual situation of the approach route at Jiaodong Airport.(5)Simulate and calculate the conflict risk between Shandong Airlines flight SC8776 and military aircraft during the approach to Jiaodong,Qingdao.Analyze whether it meets the safety target level,and correlate flight parameters and conflict risk during the approach phase.(6)Based on the MATLAB language,design a specialized military-civilian aviation collision risk calculation program for the Jiaodong approach flight in the North China region using six military aircraft collision models and two civilian aircraft collision models to improve the real-time calculation of military-civilian aviation collision risk. |
