With the rapid development of the economy and technology,the safety of civil aviation has improved significantly.However,there are still many comments questioning the safety level of civil aviation,and a large public with different perceptions of civil aviation safety.Therefore,in order to regain public confidence and reduce doubts about civil aviation safety,this thesis constructs a public perception evaluation model based on the improved N2S-KMC algorithm to measure the public perception of China’s civil aviation safety level at this stage,identify the main factors affecting China’s civil aviation safety which the public are worried about,and then provide suggestions to improve citizens’ perception of China’s civil aviation safety level.Firstly,based on the public’s perspective,the main influencing factors were determined by mining online reviews,combining the “4M” theory(man-machine-environment-management),previous studies and repeated research,and the evaluation index system was constructed accordingly;Secondly,to address the hesitation psychology of respondents,the hesitation fuzzy linguistic term set(HFLTS)model was introduced to characterize the hesitation evaluation,and correlated question items were designed for the questionnaire;Aiming at the peculiarities of a large number of uncertain data sets,based on the large group decision theoretical framework and the N2S-KMC algorithm,(1)considering the large number of evaluators,the human-based evaluation parsimony algorithm,the improved K-mean clustering-based personnel reduction algorithm(UKC-E),is proposed.(2)considering the peculiarities of uncertainty evaluation distance calculation and the approximate simplification results using the UKC-E algorithm,the improved distance entropy-based evaluation index assignment model(Dis Ent)is proposed,(3)Considering the explosive growth of data after using operator aggregation,an improved K-mean clustering-based aggregated data reduction algorithm(UKC-PL)is proposed,(4)Based on the improved UKC-E,Dis Ent,and UKC-PL methods,the public civil aviation security perception evaluation model(UKE-PL-DE)is proposed,(5)Considering the long running time and large space occupation of UKE-PL-DE,the public civil aviation security perception evaluation model(UKE-C-DE)combining UKC-E,Dis Ent and the direct use of clustering center set is further proposed.To ensure the reliability of the algorithm,the aggregation results are analyzed numerically,and further analysis is performed to evaluate the actual meaning and the efficiency of the algorithm operation.The results show that: the public perception degree of all dimensions is low,among which the perception course of mechanical equipment dimension is the lowest;the indicators that need to focus on improving the perception degree are aircraft safety status in the mechanical equipment dimension,safety awareness of flight attendants in the personnel dimension,emergency response system in the management dimension and route planning in the environment dimension,and the public perception of China’s civil aviation safety level can be improved by strengthening the indicators with low perception degree;the data obtained by using UKC-E,Dis Ent and UKC-PL methods are highly accurate,and the applicability of the two evaluation models is good.
