| Calcium carbonate is widely used in the industry production,as well as in our life.With the rapid development of the economy and the society,the domestic Calcium carbonate industry has also shown rapid growth,while the companies in this field also face with increasingly fierce competition.Seizing more market share requires efforts not only in improving employee satisfaction,but also in boosting their work quality and efficiency.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on employee satisfaction,influencing factors and measurement methods of employee satisfaction,this paper takes two-factor theory as guideline and production personnel as research object.Combined with the situation of GY Chemical company,this paper designs employee satisfaction survey questionnaire for the company that includes six dimensions: management and policies,remuneration,working environment,performance management,achievements and challenges,and career planning.By methods of assigning scores to different dimensions and averaging the scores,the paper analyzes the current situation of employee satisfaction of GY Chemical company and the obstacles it faces.By conducting the survey,it’s found that the overall level of employee satisfaction in GY Chemical company is only average.It’s shown that there are four factors influencing employee satisfaction of GY Chemical company most,which are lake of recognition and respect for the work of production personnel,lack of effective incentive welfare,unclear work responsibility and lack of sound interaction between colleagues.After analyzing the causes of the existing problems,combined with production personnel interviews and surveys,this paper proposes some measures:from improving the incentive mechanism to formulating welfare policies and increasing the wage;from building a communication platform for production personnel to improving the status of production personnel;from clarifying their assignment of responsibility to establishing multiple promotion channels and Optimizing organizational structure.All these are aim to achieve win-win results.Through the research,this paper helps the GY Chemical company find out the influencing factors,provides measures to solve the problems and also provides decision-making basis for enhancing company management.To some extent,this paper provides a reference for calcium carbonate companies. |
