The emergence of fresh energy sources,the alteration of market competition,and the necessity of national energy conservation and carbon reduction policies have all been brought about.Competitive pressures are unprecedented for traditional state-owned energy enterprises.Exploring changes in business and management models in the face of the intensifying reform trend of state-owned energy enterprises,how can we persist in this new situation? Exploring and resolving grassroots employee incentive issues can significantly enhance the human resources management of enterprises.The industry seeks to capitalize on the positive influence of people in enterprise growth,enabling enterprises to offer superior services and reap greater rewards.Company Q is subordinate to the state-owned enterprise oil sales sector,and its main operating carrier is the grassroots gas station facing the market and serving the public,which includes multiple professional and technical positions and service positions.In the process of transforming from an oil seller to a comprehensive service provider,high requirements are put forward for the employees of gas stations.This thesis,taking into account research results both domestically and internationally,as well as contemporary advanced incentive theories,utilizes case analysis and interviews.Questionnaires were employed as the primary means of investigation in the study to evaluate the present state of employee motivation in Company Q ’s petrol stations.Based on salary distribution,performance appraisal,promotion and development,training and cultivation,and corporate culture,This thesis delves into the difficulties encountered by gas station employees in their incentive work,combining the actual circumstances of the company to suggest a set of useful and educational optimization proposals.Company Q,in the midst of reform and development,is being consulted for the purpose of executing employee incentive work in gas stations efficiently.To furnish data to construct an employee reward system appropriate for oil companies themselves.
