| In recent years,many enterprises realize that employees are the core resources of the enterprise,and each employee is an important factor of the enterprise.Their job satisfaction directly or indirectly affects the overall work efficiency of the enterprise.It can be seen that good employee satisfaction is an important link to promote the realization of enterprise goals.ZN company is located in Xuzhou and has been established for more than ten years.This paper takes it as the research object,combined with the current employee relationship management and employee satisfaction of ZN company,analyzes the weak links and existing problems in the management of ZN company,so as to find out the factors influencing employee satisfaction in employee relationship management,and puts forward new goals for the company’s employee relationship management system from these factors,In order to improve the company’s employee relationship management,improve employee satisfaction.Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing theories of employee relationship management and employee satisfaction at home and abroad,and has a basic understanding of the current employee satisfaction of ZN company from the interviews.According to the grounded theory,this paper collects relevant data and establishes the corresponding model;Then we use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of employee satisfaction in the enterprise,and make statistical analysis on the survey results to find out the factors that have a greater impact on employee satisfaction from the perspective of employee relationship management;Finally,based on the analysis of these factors,this paper puts forward feasible measures to improve the employee satisfaction of ZN company.This study is conducive to the human resource management department of ZN company to have a more detailed understanding of employee relationship management.The investigation on employee satisfaction can make enterprise managers better understand the actual needs of employees,and improve the status quo according to the survey results,which is conducive to improving employee satisfaction and stabilizing employees.So the research significance of this paper is very important.This paper has 5 figures,25 tables and 86 references. |
