In recent years,with the rising cost of market resources,manpower and environment,the problem of insufficient competitiveness of traditional manufacturing enterprises has become increasingly prominent with the rapid development of China's traditional manufacturing enterprises.As a leader in the stationery industry in China,DL company also faces such problems,how to retain talent and give full play to the value of talent has become an important issue that need to be solved.Employee satisfaction is a subjective value judgment of their work and it is also a reflection of their positive attitude.Retaining talents,giving full play to the value of talents is an important part in improving employee satisfaction.On the basis of explaining and analyzing the related concepts and theories of employee satisfaction,combining DL company practice,this paper assumes the theoretical model of influencing factors of employee satisfaction in DL company,then obtains first-hand data through questionnaire survey,and uses SPSS20.0 statistical software to make empirical analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire.Fixed the hypothesis model and put forward the countermeasures to further improve the employee satisfaction of DL company.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the flowing three main characteristic factors have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction,which are the age,working years and educational background of employees.Second,the empirical study in this paper has concluded that the first element is as follows: relevant to the work itself among the factors influencing employee satisfaction of DL company,the rewards obtained by employees,supporting conditions related to the work,and working environment;There are 21 specifically listed as secondary dimensions.Third,a significant positive correlation can be seen between the four first-level dimensions of employee satisfaction and the overall satisfaction,and the degree of influence is in order from low to high: the working environment of the employees,the job support received by the employees,the job return of the employees and the work itself.Fourth,the paper proposes measures to further improve the consumer satisfaction of DL Company based on the influencing factors of its consumer satisfaction as well as the factors with relatively low average scores.Specifically,the measures are as follows: paying attention to the fairness of salary,establishing and perfecting the distribution mechanism,exploring the employee job enrichment,improving the job matching,building a dual channel for career development,improving the training management mechanism,harmonizing the relationship between superiors and subordinates,improving the overtime system and strengthening the sense of belonging.
