Study On The Management Of Household Waste Classification In Gusu District,Suzhou

With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,especially the improvement of the level of urbanization,there are more and more household garbage,and the quality of garbage disposal,timely and proper directly affect the quality of life of residents.In recent years,people have become more and more aware of the importance of the environment,and have higher requirements for urban living environment.While pursuing rapid economic development and improvement of living standards,people also need a clean and fresh living environment.To this end,garbage classification is very important.However,garbage classification has the characteristics of collective,and involves many aspects of society,the power of the government is limited,which needs to mobilize the power of all aspects.Therefore,it is very feasible and necessary for MSW classification to be multi-governed.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current status of garbage classification by means of literature,comparative research and questionnaire survey.Based on this,this paper explores the way of garbage classification management in Gusu District of Suzhou city from the perspective of multi-governance,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the existing problems of garbage classification treatment in Gusu District of Suzhou City.Area at present,suzhou gusu garbage classification to deal with the following problems: the government leading role and the participation of social organizations to living garbage classification processing serious insufficiency,the enterprise for garbage recycling industry chain has not formed,lack of residents living garbage classification rule of consciousness and the living garbage classification of each main body lack coordination,etc.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward:strengthen the leading role of government,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises,highlight the coordinating role of social organizations,give play to the main role of residents in action,and improve the multi-governance coordination mechanism of MSF classification in Gusu District,Suzhou.At the present stage,only by constantly promoting the coordination and co-governance of multiple subjects of household garbage classification,can household garbage management run effectively for a long time,truly realize the green and circular development of economy,and realize the harmony between man and nature.
