Environmental Social Organizations Participate In The Classification Of Urban Household Waste Study On Governance Path ——A Case Study Of L Organizations

With the rapid development of society,economy and science and technology,all aspects of the society will affect the change of the environment,both positive and negative effects coexist,especially garbage and other events bring severe environmental problems.For China,which is in the period of social transition,severe environmental problems will not only restrict economic development,but also threaten people’s health and safety.Therefore,the government,relevant scholars and the general public also gradually pay attention to the relevance of interests brought by environmental problems and focus on the classification of urban household garbage.As an important social force,environmental protection social organizations also actively participate in the treatment of municipal solid waste classification,and have achieved certain results in practice,demonstrating their important role.This paper studies the interactive relationship between environmental protection social organizations in the path of urban solid waste classification and governance,in order to promote the collaborative governance of multiple subjects in urban solid waste classification and promote the self-development of environmental protection social organizations,and strengthen their participation in governance on the whole.This paper follows the research process of "putting forward research problems,analyzing the reality,finding out existing difficulties and putting forward solutions".This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,and takes empowerment and collaborative governance theory as research tools.Based on promoting rightist plural public affairs era background,study environmental protection social organizations to participate in the reality of urban living garbage classification,with social organizations as the research center of environmental protection,its extending outward and the interaction between different social main body,analyze its participation in the difficulty of living garbage classification,and tentatively puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper takes TIANJIN L environmental protection Organization as a case study.It is found that the government gives the environmental protection social organizations specific qualifications and resources,and the environmental protection social organizations complement the government’s ability in urban household waste classification.Environmental protection social organizations provide the public with a sense of social participation and practical knowledge of household garbage classification,and encourage the public to form a habitual garbage classification behavior and realize a healthy and environmentally friendly life through emotional training combined with various ways.Other diverse participants provide opportunities and opportunities for environmental social organizations to build a collaborative model of multi-party cooperation.However,there are still many practical difficulties in the participation of environmental social organizations in the waste classification work.This paper analyzes from the perspectives of the government,the public,the organizations themselves and other multiple subjects,and then proposes solutions and countermeasures.It mainly includes strengthening the government empowerment mechanism,actively guiding public participation,improving selfconstruction,building a garbage classification community,and refining the basic ideas and implementation strategies.Through the overall analysis and research,it provides useful experience summary for environmental protection social organizations to participate in the municipal solid waste classification and governance,and provides reference for promoting the collaborative governance of municipal solid waste classification.
