Research On The Development Strategy Of D Company Under The Background Of Carbon Neutrality

In the context of carbon neutrality,renewable energy will become an important part of energy development and an important direction of energy transformation.Renewable energy power generation has become the focus of power construction.Biomass energy is a kind of renewable energy,it has abundant reserves on the earth and is the fourth largest energy.The state strongly supports the effective utilization and development of biomass energy.The power generation and heating quality of biomass thermal power project is basically no different from that of coal power.The high-quality asset of company D is biomass power generation project,but most of the projects are shut down due to various reasons.The top priority is how to seize external opportunities and formulate new development strategies to achieve high-quality development.This thesis takes D company as the research object.Based on the strategic management theory,this thesis first analyzes the internal environment of D company,so as to fully understand the enterprise;Secondly,it analyzes the external environment of D company,such as macro environment,industry environment,competitive environment and so on,so as to fully understand the macro policy,industry development and competition;Thirdly,the SWOT strategic analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment of company D,and the development strategy suitable for company D is obtained in combination with the strategic formulation principles;Finally,according to the development strategy,formulate the strategy implementation and guarantee measures.Through the above analysis,we can draw the following conclusions: in the environment of reducing carbon emissions,biomass power generation can get strong support from the state due to its inherent characteristics,and the external environmental opportunities outweigh the threats.Company D has obvious advantages in biomass power generation,and can reduce its disadvantages by selling reserve assets that are not profitable in the short term but need continuous capital investment,And seize the policy opportunities of the state to encourage the use of biomass energy and the development of co-generation.On the basis of biomass power generation,actively participate in carbon trading,carry out the research into BECCS technology,and expand the cogeneration business.Build or upgrade the biomass power plant into a diversified and polymorphic energy plant after the development is stable,so as to realize the diversification of available fuel varieties and the Polymorphic of output products,so as to provide strong support for the sustainable development of the company.The research of this thesis will help company D to formulate its own development strategy,and get rid of the current dilemma as soon as possible,to achieve a better and faster high-quality development.At the same time,it will also help other biomass power generation enterprises to recognize the macro situation and find the way of transformation and development in combination with their own actual situation.
