In recent years,energy crisis and environmental pollution have become key problems to be solved urgently worldwide.The traditional extensive economic growth mode with high energy consumption and high pollution can no longer meet the requirements of modern development.At present,petrochemical industry is still one of many sources of carbon emission in our country,and also an important aspect that leads to the increase of carbon emission in our country.Under the background of national two-carbon goal and new development concept,the low-carbon transformation of petrochemical industry is the top priority.As a large state-owned petrochemical enterprise,QL Petrochemical Company faces great pressure in safety,environmental protection,low carbon and energy saving,product structure adjustment and other aspects.Facing the dual challenges of external environmental situation and internal development demand,how to formulate practical and effective measures to adapt to the green and low-carbon environment and seek sustainable development of the enterprise has become an unavoidable problem for QL Petrochemical Company.In view of the problems of high energy consumption,high pollution emission and low resource utilization in the petrochemical industry,this paper takes QL Petrochemical Company as the background,through literature research,field research,qualitative analysis and other methods,and by using relevant theories and analytical tools of enterprise development strategy,analyzes the current situation of low-carbon development of petrochemical companies and their internal and external environment.Externally,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the strategic opportunities and threats faced by the company,and AHP-EFE analysis model is constructed to evaluate the external environment.In the same way,the internal resources and capabilities of the company are analyzed,and the application of AHP-IFE analysis method is continued to evaluate the overall internal strategic environment of the enterprise.Then through SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are summarized respectively,and the low-carbon transformation and upgrading strategy,new energy strategy,carbon comprehensive utilization strategy and hybrid development strategy of the petrochemical industry chain are designed.The quantitative strategic planning matrix evaluation method of QSPM is adopted to evaluate the development strategy.The hybrid development strategy of "low-carbon transformation and upgrading of petrochemical industry chain +new energy + comprehensive utilization of carbon" was chosen.In the implementation of the strategy,the author believes that enterprises should focus on strengthening the construction of talent team,strengthening the means of scientific research and innovation,optimizing the adjustment and allocation of resources,actively obtaining the support of low-carbon policies,and shaping the corporate culture to ensure the promotion and implementation of the strategy.As a research topic in the emerging field,systematic investigation and research make up for the shortage of low-carbon development strategy in the petrochemical industry,and also provide reference for other petrochemical enterprises.
