Research On The Development Strategy Of Coal Power Company Facing "Dual Carbon" Goals

The world has basically reached a consensus on the control of carbon dioxide emissions,and carbon peaking and zero emissions have become the focus of cooperation and games among countries.Since 2020,my country has put forward the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality(referred to as "dual carbon" goals),which aims to focus on high-quality economic development.It is a broad and profound economic and social systemic change.Green and low-carbon transformation,and coal power,as a high-carbon industry,its future development strategy will play a key role in the smooth transformation of the energy sector.This paper starts with the background meaning of the subject research,clarifies the problems that the subject needs to solve,based on the "dual carbon",normatively expounds its conceptual connotation and target path,closely follows the enterprise strategic management theory,and sorts out the development and implementation of its theory in detail.On the basis of sorting out the research status at home and abroad,the content and methods of the subject research are clarified,and a scientific and detailed process system is provided for the study of the development strategy of coal power company under the "dual carbon " goals;secondly,according to the macro,industry and micro-environmental analysis process in the enterprise strategic management analysis,sort out the influencing factors related to the development of the coal power industry under the "dual carbon" goals,accurately cut into the analysis,and apply SWOT from the perspective of the case enterprise(L coal power company),evaluation matrix of internal and external factors(IFE and EFE),identify subdivision indicators under opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,construct the evaluation index system of strategic choice of case company,and use AHP and QSPM quantitative matrix respectively Determine the index weight and the total attractiveness of the alternative strategies,determine the strategic development direction of the case enterprise,further formulate the division strategy and business strategy of the case enterprise,and put forward the implementation and safeguard measures of the development strategy of the case enterprise.This paper enriches the theory and practice of corporate development strategy research from a specific perspective,and provides how the "dual-carbon" goal can be integrated into corporate strategic analysis through the perspective of case companies,and provides practical experience with cases.The idea of how to develop coal-fired power efficiently also provides case support for the follow-up research on the green and low-carbon transformation of coal-fired power.
