| Affected by the shortage of domestic coal resources,sellers with coal resources have gradually occupied a strong position in the coal trading market,and the market demand of coal trading has also changed from the demand of sellers to the demand of coal sales to the demand of buyers to purchase coal and seek financial support.The development environment of the trading center has undergone subversive changes,and its business model is in urgent need of transformation.A company was established to establish A coal trading center covering the whole province.In the actual construction and development,the business model of A Company’s coal trading center has not been optimized and adjusted according to changes in the market environment,which hinders the construction and development of the trading center.This paper starts with the business model theory and studies A large number of literatures to deeply understand the driving force and practical steps of business model innovation,and studies the business model innovation of A Company’s coal trading center based on the business model theory.First,the business model of the coal trading center of A company is described through the commercial canvas model,and the layout of the coal trading center in product service module,customer module,basic module and financial module is expounded.Secondly,with the help of external environment analysis,internal environment analysis and SWOT analysis,we can understand the environment of coal trading center.Thirdly,based on the investigation and analysis of the coal trading market,the problems existing in the business model of A company’s coal trading center are put forward.Finally,it puts forward the strategy of its business model innovation: first,it realizes product and service module innovation by focusing on market pain points and reshaping value proposition;The second is to realize customer module innovation by modifying customer segmentation and enriching channels.The third is to realize the innovation of basic modules by consolidating basic trading business,highlighting supply chain financial services and optimizing value-added business;Fourth,by charging the buyer service fee and implementing the differential pricing strategy,expand the scale of the transaction center and realize the innovation of financial module;Fifth,the guarantee mechanism of business model innovation is proposed based on the above innovation strategies.The research on the innovation of the business model of A Company’s coal trading center in this paper paints A business canvas in line with the current market environment for A company,helps A company identify the demand of the coal trading market and improve its market competitiveness,and also provides certain reference and significance for coal trading centers all over the country to continuously optimize the business model and better meet the market demand. |
